WORLD BREAD DAY:
PANE AL FARRO

Bread. It’s the ingredient that goes with all dishes we prepare. It’s everyday on our table to remember us the family feeling.
For this event my husband gives me the bread machine. So I prepared this bread with it. I like to think that today is the party of the simple and natural food and against poverty. I want to remember also STAND UP dei BLOG about this.

Ingredients: 200 gr. flour 00, 200 gr. farro’ flour, 150 ml. water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of honey, 6 gr. of baking powder.
With the bread machine I used program n.3 for integral bread, but it’s possibile to make it without machine. After making the mixture, the ball push up for 2 hours then cooks for 30 min. in a warm oven.
