Chocolate coconut cake
Thanks to Kate and Kitty I translated the recipe. I invented this chocolate coconut cake, where there isn’t sugar, so you can taste more chocolate when you eat it.
Ingredients: 150 gr. flour, 100 gr. coconut dry, 2 eggs, milk 18 tablespoons, olive oil 2 tablespoons, 100 gr. dark chocolate (70%), 10 gr. baking power. [Convertions]
Mix flour with yeast and coconut dry. In another mixing bowl whisk eggs with olive oil and pour on the flour. Add milk until it become soft. At the end you can add grated chocolate and mix all together. Put this in a silicon plumcake shape, and bake for about 25 minuts, in a hot oven (180°) .
