Chocolate salame
Thanks to Hanna I translate the recipe of chocolate salame, a typicall italian sweet, very easy to do, and very very tasty.
This chocolate salame was widespread during my childhood, about 20-25 years old, done from groundmothers and mothers, in the family. Ingredients: biscuits 400 g., sugar 110 g., powder cocoa without sugar 50 g., butter or soya butter 120 g., eggs 2. Convertions Mix eggs with sugar , add cream butter, cocoa and crumbled biscuit. Stir all ingredients mixed together. Put on the baking paper shaping the salame, close the paper and get into the refrigerator for 12 hours or more.
