So very 70s sensibilities and sensitivities. Refreshing that it’s never gone out of style despite many changes in the industry throughout the decades. I would pass on the pre-fixe menu downstairs in favor of the café. Part of the fun is in the choosing. Thanks for showing us a peek, Simona!

that was a wonderful read, dear simona. alice waters is an inspiration. she loves her ingredients and treats them with respect. her roasted squash and asiago pizza is legendary.
